The PVC/PP/PE plastic pipe extrusion line mainly consists of extruder, pipe die, vacuum calibration cooling tank, hauloff machine, cutting machine and rack. Featuring strong versatility, the production line is compatible with various raw materials including PVC, PP and PE. It can produce a wide range of plastic round pipes such as water supply & drainage pipes, conduit pipes, chemical pipes and agricultural pipes, covering a broad pipe diameter range.

The machines adopts a special design screw design for pipes, which ensures uniform plasticization, stable extrusion and high output. The die features an optimized flowchannel structure for even and steady material discharge. Combined with the precise vacuum cooling and calibration system, the produced pipes achieve good roundness, uniform wall thickness, smooth surface and high dimensional accuracy.

The complete production line is equipped with variablefrequency speed regulation, intelligent temperature control and automatic fixedlength cutting.
