• This production line is used to manufacture ASA PVC synthetic resin tiles. Available finished widths include 880mm and 1050mm, with adjustable thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 3.0mm.

• The ASA top layer can be produced by single-screw co-extrusion or ASA film lamination process. The PVC base substrate is plasticized and extruded by a twin-screw extruder. The complete line is standardly equipped with a coat-hanger extrusion die, two-roller embossing machine, forming machine, online cutting machine and rack.

• Reference roof profiles: antique glazed roof tile, Spanish roof tile, bamboo-joint roof tile, bamboo-tube roof tile, Roman roof tile, European-style roof tile, large-wave roof tile and other custom-made roof tile profiles.

• We provide one-stop technical services including on-site installation, commissioning and complete mature production formulas.
