• This production line is used to manufacture ASA PVC trapezoidal/corrugated roof tile. Available finished widths include 910mm,1050mm,1130mm,1360mm, with adjustable thickness ranging from 1.0mm to 3.0mm.

• The ASA top layer can be produced by single-screw co-extrusion or ASA film lamination process. The PVC base substrate is plasticized and extruded by a twin-screw extruder. The complete line is standardly equipped with a coat-hanger extrusion die, forming downstream unit machine, online cutting machine and rack.

• Reference roof profiles:trapezoidal wave, round/circular wave, wall panel/ceiling panel profile and other custom roof tile profiles.
