PVC Twinwall/Hollow Roof Tile Extrusion Line consists of extruder,extrusion die,calibrating system,haul-off machine,cutting machine and rack.The extrusion die adopts co-extrusion composite technology with elaborately designed multi-cavity runner.The calibrating mould is equipped with vacuum shaping and specially engineered cooling runners for excellent cooling performance.The surface of the hollow tiles is co-extruded with ASA material, delivering bright color and long-lasting luster. Compared with traditional plastic-steel roofs,hollow roof feature superior heat resistance and sound insulation, making them especially ideal for tropical climates. They boast stronger corrosion resistance, rust-proof performance, robust texture, smooth and attractive appearance, long service life and easy installation.
